EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Every order is hand checked for quality before dispatch to ensure it's received in perfect condition. The following policy applies to purchases made online, at khansoflondon.co.uk only:

- In person purchases are non refundable and non exchangeable.

 

- All pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled.  

 

- We only offer exchanges or refunds on defected items. Defects must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order by using the 'Contact' button at the top of this page, or they will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

- All refunds are made via the original payment method.

 

- If the item ordered is deemed defective during quality control, your order will be cancelled and you will be notified.

 

- We offer the best colour match to the clothes shown in pictures on our website. However, please note, colours may differ slightly due to lighting in pictures and dye on the fabric.

 

- Khans of London has the right to cancel your order if the item is out of stock or if it does does not pass through quality control.

 

- Once your order is processed you are not eligible to cancel it.

 

- In the event that, at our sole discretion, we agree to the return of a non-defective product or products, the customer will pay any and all costs and fees to return the order to us without recourse to reimbursement.
